1. Who we are
TenderCircle Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales. These terms govern your use of the TenderCircle platform at tendercircle.co.uk and any associated services. By creating an account or subscribing to a plan you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. What we provide
TenderCircle aggregates publicly available UK public procurement notices from sources including Contracts Finder, Find a Tender Service (FTS), and devolved-nation portals. We match opportunities to your business profile and provide tools to track, manage, and prepare bids.
We are not affiliated with HM Government, the NHS, or any contracting authority. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party notice data or the outcome of any procurement process.
3. Free trial
All subscription plans include a 60-day free trial. During the trial:
- Your card details are collected securely by Stripe but no payment is taken.
- You have full access to the features included in your chosen plan.
- You may cancel at any time from the subscription management portal before day 61 and you will not be charged.
At the end of the 60-day trial period your subscription automatically converts to a paid monthly plan and the first payment is taken on day 61.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are listed in pounds sterling (GBP) and exclude VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
If a payment fails we will retry up to three times over 14 days. If payment cannot be collected your subscription may be suspended until a valid payment method is provided.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the subscription management portal or by emailing hello@tendercircle.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the platform until that date. We do not provide partial-month refunds.
6. Changes to pricing
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect. You may cancel before the new price applies if you do not wish to continue at the revised rate.
7. Your data
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In summary: we store your account details, business profile, and usage data to provide and improve the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
8. Intellectual property
All content, software, and branding on the TenderCircle platform are owned by TenderCircle Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the service without our written consent.
You retain ownership of any business profile data, documents, or bid content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TenderCircle Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee that tender notices are complete, accurate, or that submitting a bid through or inspired by our platform will result in a contract award.
10. Availability and support
We aim to keep the platform available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. For support, contact hello@tendercircle.co.uk.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or via the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
